BUILDING PERSONAL RESILIENCE
Every student has to deal with challenges, but what can make a big difference in their lives is being able to ‘get back up’ after being ‘knocked down’ by a tough situation, by stress, or even by a personal or emotional challenge. In this insightful and engaging session, we look at what the causes of stress and anxiety can be in every day teenage life, as well as coping mechanisms to build resilience.
